New Issue: Ford Credit prices $250 million five-year floaters at Libor plus 405 bps

St. Louis, Oct. 5 - Ford Motor Credit Co. announced that it priced a $250 million issue of five-year floating-rate notes at par to yield three-month Libor plus 405 basis points on Thursday.
UBS Securities was the underwriter, according to a prospectus filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The issuer is the auto financing unit of Dearborn, Mich.-based Ford Motor Co.
