New Issue: JPMorgan prices $500,000 12.2% autocallable yield notes linked to Apple, Ford

New York, Oct. 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of autocallable yield notes due Sept. 25, 2026 linked to the common stocks of Apple Inc. and Ford Motor Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 12.2%, paid monthly.

The securities will be called automatically if each stock closes at or above its initial share price on Sept. 22, 2023, Sept. 23, 2024 or Sept. 22, 2025.

If the worst performing stock ends above its 50% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Otherwise investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing stock declines.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
