New Issue: Citigroup prices $400,000 12.6% securities linked to Apple, Costco, Ford

Tacoma, Wash., June 8 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $400,000 of 12.6% equity-linked securities due July 16, 2025 linked to the worst performing of the common stocks of Apple Inc., Costco Wholesale Corp. and Ford Motor Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the worst performing stock finishes below its downside threshold, 60% of its initial share price, in which case investors will be exposed to the decline of the worst performing stock from its initial share price.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
