Buffalo, N.Y., April 22 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $2.32 million of 0% digital barrier notes due Oct. 24, 2023 linked to the lowest performing of Amazon.com, Inc., Ford Motor Co. and JPMorgan Chase & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each stock finishes at or above its threshold level, 60% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 31%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the lowest performing stock below its initial level.
