Ford Credit de Mexico to sell Ps. 125 million of 56-day certificados bursatiles Wednesday

New York, Oct. 3 - Ford Credit de Mexico SA de CV Sofol said it plans to issue Ps. 125 million in 56-day certificados bursatiles (MX-2/mxA-2/F2(mex)) via an auction on Wednesday.

The maturity date is Nov. 30, 2007. Meanwhile settlement is scheduled for Thursday.

Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV is the auction agent for the transaction.

Ford Motor Credit Co. will guarantee the issue.

The certificates are issue number 005 in Ford Credit's current certificados bursatiles program.

The issuer, based in Mexico City, is the financial arm for Ford Motor Co.
