New Issue: Ford Credit de Mexico sells Ps. 530 million in two tranches of certificados bursatiles

New York, Oct. 5 - Ford Credit de Mexico SA de CV Sofol sold Ps. 530 million of certificados bursatiles (MX-1/mxA-1/F1+mex)) in two tranches via an auction on Wednesday

The company priced Ps. 475 million of 28-day certificados bursatiles at 99.281333 to yield 9.31%. Bids ranged from 9.29% to 9.38%.

The second tranche included Ps. 55 million of 112-day certificados bursatiles (MX-1/mxA-1/F1+(mex)). It priced at par to yield 9.58%. Bids ranged from 9.50% to 9.62%.

Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV was the auction agent for both transactions.

Ford Motor Credit Co. will guarantee the issue.

The 28-day certificate is 009 in Ford Credit's certificados bursatiles program and the 112-day certificate is 010.

The issuer, based in Mexico City, is the financial arm for Ford Motor Co.
