New Issue: Ford Credit de Mexico sells Ps. 211.16 million 112-day certificados bursatiles to yield 8.18%

New York, Feb. 7 - Ford Credit de Mexico SA de CV Sofol sold Ps. 211.16 million of 112-day certificados bursatiles (MX-2/mxA-3/F2(mex)) at par to yield 8.18% via an auction on Wednesday.

Bids ranged from 8.06% to 8.35%.

Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV was the auction agent.

Ford Motor Credit Co. will guarantee the issue.

The certificates are 020 in Ford Credit's current certificados bursatiles program.

The issuer, based in Mexico City, is a financial unit of Ford Motor Co.
