New York, Oct. 26 - Ford Credit de Mexico SA de CV Sofol sold Ps. 350.9 million certificados bursatiles (MX-1/mxA-1/F1+mex)) in two tranches via an auction on Wednesday.
The company priced Ps. 315 million 35-day certificados bursatiles at 99.114306 to yield 9.19%. Bids ranged from 9.12% to 9.30%. The original size announced was Ps. 500 million.
The second tranche included Ps. 35.9 million 112-day certificados bursatiles. It priced at par to yield 9.39%. Bids ranged from 9.37% to 9.42%. The original size announced was Ps. 50 million.
Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV was the auction agent for both transactions.
Ford Motor Credit Co. will guarantee the issue.
The 35-day certificate is 017 in Ford Credit's certificados bursatiles program, and the 112-day certificate is 018.
The issuer, based in Mexico City, is a unit of Ford Motor Co.
