New Issue: Foothills sells $211,059 units, lifts total to $22.71 million

New York, Oct. 3 - Foothills Resources, Inc. completed another tranche of its previously announced private placement. The company raised $211,059 in the latest tranche, lifting total proceeds to $22,711,059.

The company most recently issued 93,804 units at $2.25 each.

The units consist of one share and one half-share warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable at $2.75 for five years.

The company sold a total of 10,093,804 units in the deal. On Sept. 8, the company sold 10 million of the units for proceeds of $22.5 million.

Based in Launceston, England, Foothills is an oil and natural gas exploration, acquisition and production company.
