Fondo Mivivienda accepts all $477.12 million tenders for 3½% notes

Chicago, April 8 – Peru's Fondo Mivivienda SA announced the results of its tender offer for any and all of its $650 million 3½% notes due 2023 (ISINs: US344593AA60, USP42009AA12) at a purchase price of $1,012.60 per $1000 note, according to a company press release Thursday.

As of the expiration time at 5 p.m. ET on April 7, the company received tenders for $477,012,000 of the notes.

The company is accepting all of the tendered notes for purchase.

Holders using guaranteed delivery procedures must complete the tender offer by 5 p.m. ET on April 11. The company reported that noteholders representing $202,000 of the notes tendered via guaranteed delivery.

Excluding the notes tendered via guaranteed delivery, the company expects to pay $486,361,435.20 to settle the tender offer, with interest to the settlement date on April 12.

The offer was subject to a financing condition, an offering of new notes, which has been satisfied.
