Fonciere des Regions begins tender offer for €500 million 3.875% notes

Norfolk, Va., May 9 – Fonciere des Regions began an offer to purchase for cash any and all of its €500 million 3.875% notes due January 2018, according to a notice.

The offer will remain open until May 17 unless extended or terminated early.

Results are expected to be announced on May 18, and settlement is expected on May 20.

The company said the offer is intended to improve its debt maturity profile.

Fonciere des Regions is a Paris-based real estate developer.
