Focus Financial to launch $953 million in term loans on Tuesday

New York, June 18 – Focus Financial Partners LLC is scheduled to hold a lender call at 11 a.m. ET on Tuesday to launch $953 million in term loans, according to a market source.

RBC Capital Markets and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. are the joint lead arrangers on the deal.

The debt consists of an $803 million term loan B and a $150 million delayed-draw term loan B, the source said.

Proceeds will be used to refinance the company’s capital structure.

Stone Point Capital LLC and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. LP are the sponsors.

Focus Financial is a New York-based partnership of independent, fiduciary wealth-management firms.
