Focus Financial readies loan lender call for Monday morning

New York, Jan. 5 – Focus Financial Partners is scheduled to hold a call on Monday morning for credit facility lenders, according to a market source.

RBC Capital Markets and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. are the leads on the deal.

No additional details are available on the transaction, the source said.

Focus Financial is a New York-based partnership of independent, fiduciary wealth-management firms.
