Focus Financial Partners enters new $400 million credit facility

New York, Jan. 7 - Focus Financial Partners LLC announced that it closed on a new $400 million credit facility that may be expanded to up to $550 million.

According to a news release, the loan is nearly double in size from an earlier facility closed in 2012.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, UFJ, JPMorgan, Fifth Third Bank, U.S. Bank, Huntington Bank, Comerica Bank and TriState Capital Bank participated in the deal.

Focus Financial is a New York-based partnership of independent wealth management firms.
