Focus Financial Partners completes $220 million credit facility

New York, Jan. 31 - Focus Financial Partners LLC closed on a new $220 million revolving credit facility, according to a news release.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, BMO Capital Markets Corp., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc., Comerica and UBS Securities LLC participated in the deal.

There is a $100 million accordion feature.

Focus Financial is a New York-based partnership of independent wealth management firms.
