S&P shifts Focus Financial view to negative

S&P said it revised the outlook for Focus Financial Partners LLC to stable from positive and affirmed the company and its secured BB- debt ratings.

“The stable outlook reflects our expectation that the company will operate with leverage between 4x and 5x during the next 12 months while revenues experience a double-digit percent increase as a result of acquisitions completed during 2019 and early 2020,” said S&P in a press release.
