Knoxville, Tenn., July 8 - FNDS3000 Corp. settled a $1 million non-brokered private placement of stock on July 1, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 5,714,286 common shares at $0.175 per share.
Investors also received 5,714,286 warrants. Each warrant is exercisable at $0.20 for two years.
Sherington Holdings, LLC purchased 2,857,143 shares for $500,000.
The public financial transaction processing company is based in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.
