Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 4 - FNDS3000 Corp. settled a $1.5 million private placement of stock on Nov. 30, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 10 million common shares at $0.15 apiece to Sherington Holdings, LLC.
Sherington also received warrants for 10 million shares. Each warrant is exercisable at $0.175 for two years.
The public financial transaction processing company is based in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.
