Moody's: FLY Funding loan B1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a first-time corporate family rating of B2 to FLY Leasing Ltd.

The agency said it assigned a rating of B1 to the $395 million senior secured term loan issued by FLY's subsidiary, Fly Funding II Sarl. The outlook is stable.

The agency said FLY's corporate family rating reflects the company's global operations, long lived assets and experienced management team.
