FluoroPharma Medical takes in $1.6 million through private placement

Boston-based biopharmaceutical company assisted by agent Noble Capital

Knoxville, Tenn., June 23 - FluoroPharma Medical Inc. said it raised $1.6 million in a private placement through agent Noble Capital Markets. Along with funds raised in May, the company has raised a total of $5.3 million.

Proceeds will be used for working capital purposes.

The biopharmaceutical company is based in Boston.
