Fluor increases conversion rate for 1.5% convertible notes due 2024

By Marisa Wong

Madison, Wis., June 6 - Fluor Corp. said it adjusted the conversion rate for its outstanding 1.5% convertible senior notes due 2024 to 36.6729 from 36.2815, effective June 4.

The new conversion rate is a result of the company making postponed adjustments related to cash dividends paid since the second quarter of 2011.

Fluor is an Irving, Texas-based engineering construction company.
