Fluor lifts conversion rate to 35.91 on 1.5% convertible notes due 2024

Knoxville, Tenn., June 24 - Fluor Corp. said it has adjusted the conversion ratio of its 1.5% convertible senior notes due 2024 to 35.910 from 17.875 effective June 17.

The adjustment is a result of the company's two-for-one stock split, which was announced May 7.

Fluor is an Aliso Viejo, Calif.-based international engineering concern.
