Flowserve amends loan, extending financial filing deadline

New York, May 19 - Flowserve Corp. amended its credit facility, extending the deadline to file its 10-K for fiscal year 2005 to July 31 from May 30, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Friday.

In addition, the amendment adds Fitch Ratings as an additional rating agency for certain purposes under the facility.

The amendment is dated as of May 8 and is effective as of May 16.

Bank of America is the administrative agent on the deal.

Flowserve is an Irving, Texas, provider of fluid motion and control products and services.
