Flowserve investors led by Gabelli sell shares

Charlotte, N.C., March 10 - Flowserve Corp. investors led by Mario J. Gabelli, Gamco Asset Management Inc. and Gabelli Funds LLC sold 39,500 shares of the company's stock, reducing their stake to 5.42%.

The shares were priced from $43.34 to $57.85 each and sold between Jan. 12 and March 9, according to a schedule 13D filed on Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Gamco and its affiliates beneficially own 3,030,227 shares of the Irving, Texas, precision-engineered flow control equipment company.
