Florida Water Pollution Control to sell $201.12 million bonds Thursday

New York, Jan. 6 - The Florida Water Pollution Control Financing Corp. is scheduled to price $201.12 million in series 2008A water pollution control revenue bonds on Thursday, according to a calendar of bond offerings.

The bonds will be sold on a negotiated basis with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as the senior manager.

The co-managers are J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc., Banc of America Securities LLC, Raymond James & Associates, Loop Capital Markets LLC, Depfa First Albany Securities and Siebert Brandford Shank & Co.

The bonds are due 2010 to 2023 with term bonds due 2029.

Proceeds will be used for water pollution control projects throughout the state.
