Moody's gives Aaa/VMIG1 to Florida Keys water revenue bonds

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aaa/VMIG1 rating to the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority's $52.625 million water revenue refunding bonds, series 2008.

The expected sale date is June 12.

The rating is based on a letter of credit from TD Bank NA, currently rated Aa2/Prime-1 for long-term and short-term deposits, respectively, by Moody's. The Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority is rated A2.
