S&P rates Florida Hurricane Catastrophe bonds AA-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AA- rating to the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund Finance Corp.'s $625 million series 2008A revenue bonds. The outlook is stable.

S&P also affirmed the AA- rating, with a stable outlook, on the company's series 2007A floating-rate notes, series 2006B extendible floating-rate notes and its series 2006A revenue bonds.

Proceeds of the 2008 issue will fund additional covered hurricane losses from the 2005 hurricane season.
