New Issue: Florida Housing Finance prices $54.82 million mortgage revenue bonds

New York, Oct. 19 - The Florida Housing Finance Corp. priced $54.82 million of series 2011C non-AMT housing mortgage revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aaa) were sold through Citigroup Global Markets Inc. The co-managers were Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, RBC Capital Markets LLC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, George K. Baum & Co. Inc., Janney Montgomery Scott LLC and Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc.

The bonds are due 2013 to 2022 with term bonds due in 2026 and 2030. The serial coupons range from 0.80% to 3.65%, all priced at par. The 2026 bonds have a 4.1% coupon priced at par. The 2030 bonds have a split maturity with a 4.45% coupon priced at par and a 4.5% coupon priced at 122.861.

Proceeds will be used to make single-family housing loans.
