Moody's gives Aa1 to Florida housing bonds

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aa1 rating to $50 million of Florida Housing Finance Corp.'s homeowner mortgage revenue bonds, 2008 series 1 (AMT).

At the same time, Moody's said it affirmed the rating on all of the corporation's outstanding mortgage revenue bonds.

The outlook is stable.

Sale of the 2008 series 1 bonds was expected on April 1.
