Florida Department of Environmental Protection to price $251 million Florida Forever Bonds Jan. 7

New York, Dec. 30 - The Florida Department of Environmental Protection is scheduled on Jan. 7 to price $251 million in Florida Forever Bonds, according to a sales calendar.

The bonds (A1/AA/A) will be sold through Merrill Lynch & Co.

The deal includes $235 million in Build America Bonds and $16 million in tax-exempt bonds.

Proceeds will be used to fund environmental protection initiatives throughout the state.
