Florida Board of Education defeases 2003D, 2004C capital outlay bonds

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 5 – The State of Florida Board of Education partially defeased its 2003 series D and 2004 series C public education capital outlay bonds, according to two notices.
The 2003D bonds, which are due June 1, 2016 through 2028, will be redeemed on June 1, 2015.
The 2004C bonds, which are due June 1, 2016 through 2029, will also be redeemed on June 1, 2015.
U.S. Bank NA is the registrar and paying agent.
