Florida defeases 2007A Florida Forever bonds due 2017 through 2026

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 5 – The State of Florida defeased its series 2007A Department of Environmental Protection Florida Forever revenue bonds, series 2007A, maturing on July 1 of the years 2017 through 2026, according to a notice.

The bonds are expected to be redeemed July 1, 2016 at par plus accrued interest plus a 1% redemption premium. They were issued on Feb. 1, 2007.

U.S. Bank, NA is the registrar and paying agent.
