New Issue: Florida prices $164.04 million of series 2011F PECO refunding bonds

New York, Dec. 15 - The State of Florida sold $164,035,000 of series 2011F public education capital outlay refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds were sold competitively with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC winning the bid.
The bonds are due 2013 to 2032 with 2% to 5% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to refund all or a portion of the state's series 2001F public education capital outlay bonds.
