Fitch assigns AA+ to Florida education bonds

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an AA+ rating to Florida's $200 million full faith and credit state board of education public education capital outlay bonds, 2006 series E.

The bonds are expected for bids on 18 hours notice, as early as June 24.

In addition, Fitch affirmed the rating on $13.2 billion outstanding Florida bonds at AA+. The outlook is stable.
