S&P rates Florida series 2006D bonds AAA

Standard & Poor's said it assigned its AAA rating to Florida's $200 million series 2006D public education capital-outlay bonds and affirmed its AAA rating and underlying rating on the state's roughly $13 billion of full faith and credit debt.

The outlook is stable.
