FLIR amends five-year credit agreement, adding $50 million sublimit

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 12 - FLIR Systems, Inc. amended its five-year revolving credit agreement, establishing a $50 million sublimit for specified borrowers, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

FLIR also modified the negative covenant on the incurrence of indebtedness included in the terms of the $200 million revolver.

Under the new terms, the company will not allow the principal amount of indebtedness to exceed 10% of the total assets of the company less the principal amount of debt outstanding on the loan.

Bank of America, NA is the administrative agent. U.S. Bank NA is the syndication agent, while JP Morgan Chase Bank NA, is the documentation agent.

FLIR is a Wilsonville, Ore., manufacturer of thermal imaging infrared cameras.
