By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, May 2 - Flextronics International Ltd. expects to price a quick-to-market offering of $400 million senior subordinated notes due 2013 on Monday, according to a syndicate source.

Citigroup, Credit Suisse First Boston and Goldman Sachs & Co. are joint bookrunners.

The Rule 144A notes will be non-callable for five years.

Proceeds will be used to redeem the company's 8¾% senior subordinated notes due 2007 and for general corporate purposes.

The issuer is a Singapore-based firm that provides manufacturing services to electronics companies.
