Fitch ups Flextronics outlook to stable

Fitch Ratings said it revised the outlook for Flextronics International Ltd. to stable from negative.

Fitch said it also affirms the following ratings for Flextronics: issuer default rating at BB+, senior unsecured credit facility at BB+ and senior subordinated notes at BB-.

According to the agency, the stable outlook reflects that Flextronics has demonstrated two quarters of strong results following its $3.6 billion acquisition of Solectron in October 2007.
