Flexium Interconnect plans $120 million zero-coupon convertibles

By Marisa Wong

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 9 – Flexium Interconnect Inc. plans to issue up to $120 million of zero-coupon euro convertible bonds, according to a Taiwan Stock Exchange notice.

The three-year bonds will be issued at par.

Proceeds will be used to purchase raw materials and machinery.

This will be the Kaohsiung, Taiwan-based circuit board manufacturer’s third issue of euro convertibles. The company had initially proposed the bonds in February and then canceled the planned offering in May.
