Flexium buys back $10.6 million of zero-coupon convertibles due 2015

Madison, Wis., July 11 – Flexium Interconnect, Inc. repurchased and canceled $10.6 million of its 2012 first issue zero-coupon convertible bonds due 2015, according to a Taiwan Stock Exchange announcement.

The bonds were repurchased under a put option on Friday.

The Kaohsiung, Taiwan-based company manufactures flexible printed circuit boards.
