Atlanta, June 8 - Flexible Solutions International, Inc. said it has raised an additional C$327,750 in a private placement that closed April 14, bringing to C$3,702,750 the total proceeds raised in the offering.
In the last closing, the company sold 87,400 units at C$3.75 each.
The units include one share and one warrant. The warrants provide for an additional share at C$4.50 each.
According to a statement from Flexible, there will be no additional closings in the offering.
The additional proceeds will be used for working capital.
Based in Victoria, B.C., Flexible Solutions develops and manufactures a water evaporation retardant.
