Flexi-Van Leasing to pay down bank borrowings with notes proceeds

New York, July 25 - Flexi-Van Leasing Inc. expects to repay bank debt using proceeds from a $250 million senior notes offering, according to a market source.

Remaining proceeds will be used to fund a distribution to shareholders.

Flexi-Van is a Kenilworth, NJ-based provider of equipment to the intermodal transportation industry.
