Flex Industries issues $72 million convertibles

New York, March 9 - Flex Industries Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it issued $72 million of foreign-currency convertible bonds in the international markets.

The closing date for the issue, which will be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, was March 8.

The company received shareholder approval for an issue of up to $250 million of securities on Feb. 7.

Elara Capital plc, London was the lead manager.

The Noida, India, company is a flexible packaging manufacturer.
