Flexera Software to launch $85 million add-on term loan on Wednesday

New York, Sept. 6 – Flexera Software LLC is set to hold a lender call on Wednesday to launch an $85 million add-on term loan, according to a market source.

Jefferies LLC is the lead on the deal.

Flexera is an Itasca, Ill.-based provider of software and services that enable software publishers and device makers to install, enforce and deploy software licenses.
