Flexera Software to launch $130 million add-on term loan on Tuesday

New York, Sept. 8 – Flexera Software LLC is scheduled to hold a lender call at 1 p.m. ET on Tuesday to launch a fungible $130 million add-on term loan, according to a market source.

Jefferies LLC is the lead on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to fund an acquisition.

Flexera is an Itasca, Ill.-based software company.
