S&P changes FleetCor outlook

S&P said it revised FleetCor Technologies Inc.’s outlook to positive from stable, and affirmed the BB+ issuer credit rating.

The positive outlook reflects the agency’s view that there is at least a one-in-three chance that the ratings on FleetCor may be raised over the next 12 months if the company maintains strong financial performance and leverage below 3x, S&P said.
