Goldman fixed income trust to sell $25 million of trust certificates

Madison, Wis., Sept. 28 - Fixed Income Trust for Goldman Sachs Subordinated Notes, Series 2011-1 plans to price $25 million of callable class A trust certificates, series 2011-1, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The trust was formed by Fixed Income Client Solutions LLC, the depositor and sponsor, and Bank of New York Mellon, the trustee. The assets of the trust will consist of $25 million of 6.75% subordinated notes due Oct. 1, 2037 issued by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The trust certificates will have a stated amount of $25 each and will be sold in minimum lots of 40.

Interest will be payable semiannually. The coupon will be set at pricing.

The certificates will be callable at any time beginning Oct. 1, 2016.

The depositor plans to apply to list the trust certificates on the New York Stock Exchange.

U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are the underwriters.
