JPMorgan plans to price 10-year floaters linked to five-year CMS rate

Madison, Wis., June 17 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price floating-rate notes due June 21, 2023, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is equal to the five-year Constant Maturity Swap rate plus 15 basis points, subject to a minimum rate of 0% and a maximum rate of 7.5%. Interest is payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes are expected to price June 18 and settle June 21.

The Cusip number is 48126DX46.
