Fitch adds DeLuca, Mitchell to U.S. public finance business & relationship management group

Milwaukee, April 7 - Fitch Ratings announced the addition of two members to its U.S. public finance business and relationship management team.

John DeLuca has joined the firm in New York as a senior director covering the Northeast and Midwest.

James Mitchell, senior director in Tampa, Fla., has moved to the business and relationship management group from Fitch's public finance health care analytical group and is responsible for the health care sector on a national basis.

DeLuca and Mitchell both report to Dan Champeau, managing director and head of business and relationship management for Fitch's U.S. public finance and global infrastructure/project finance groups.

DeLuca joins Fitch after 15 years at Radian Asset Assurance, where he was most recently the director of marketing.

Mitchell has held a senior analytical position in Fitch's health care group since 2003 and has over 20 years of experience in the municipal bond market.
