Gamco, Gabelli cut stake in Fisher Communications to 20%

Chicago, Jan. 30 - Fisher Communications, Inc. investors led by Gamco Asset Management Inc. and Gabelli Funds, LLC reduced their holdings of the company's stock to 20%, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors bought $33,000 of shares and sold $40,441 of shares, for a net sale of $7,441 of shares.

Gamco and its affiliates now beneficially own 1,746,704 shares of the company's outstanding stock.

In September, Gamco named Fisher Communications as one of 13 companies it believed would benefit from new nominations to their boards of directors.

Seattle-based Fisher Communications owns television and radio stations.
